How do projects start?
With a short conversation. Send a rough note, book a 15-minute call or message Jack on WhatsApp. We reply within 48 hours with questions and a straight quote. Fika first, then the work begins.
How is pricing worked out?
Every project is scoped to the job, so you get a clear quote before anything starts. No hourly meter running and no surprise invoices.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, and you will have a timeline alongside your quote before you commit to anything. What we do not do is six-month timelines for a small-business website.
Can one studio really do brand, web and software well?
It is the point of the studio. The identity, the website and the software are designed and built in the same place, so nothing gets lost between suppliers and everything matches.
Who actually does the work?
Jack Paterson runs the studio and leads every project, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Do I own the files and the code?
Yes. Once a project is paid for, the files, logins and code are yours.
Can you work with the brand or systems we already have?
Yes. For Pymm & Co. every piece works inside the colours they already own; consistency is the brief. On the software side we build around the systems you already run rather than asking you to replace them.
Do you only work with Norfolk businesses?
No. The studio is in Norwich and most of our clients are in Norfolk, but we work with businesses across the UK.
