A feed that works as hard as the website.

Groundcore came to us with a thin template site. We rebuilt it photography-first, then stayed on the roster, because a good website with a quiet feed is half a job. Every month the fencing, groundworks and agility builds go out as posts that look like the same business the site does: same colours, same type, same voice.

That is the point of doing social from the studio that built the brand. Most feeds drift because the person posting has a logo and a hope. We give them a system: templates for the recurring posts, motion for the ones that need to stop a thumb, and art direction so the photos from site are used well.

What you get.

Six things every social media management project includes.

  • /01

    Monthly content

A month of posts at a time, designed, ready to go and reviewed with you first.

  • /02

    Post templates

A system for the recurring posts, so the feed stays consistent when you post yourself.

  • /03

    Motion

Animated posts and short clips that stop the scroll.

  • /04

    Art direction

Your photography used properly. Which shots, which crop, which words.

  • /05

    Ad hoc assets

The extra pieces that come up, a story, an announcement, a job ad, turned around quickly.

  • /06

    One system with the brand

The feed and the website finally match, because the same studio made both.

Built for businesses like yours.

A pleasure to work with. Jack and the team were super proactive and had our new website built and live in less than 48 hours. They have since taken on a brand refresh too, from our marketing stationery to social media designs and email signatures. Great work, great business ethic.

Four steps. No theatre.

  1. /01

    Talk

What the feed is for, who it is talking to and what you already have to work with.

  2. /02

    Set up

Templates, a visual system and a plan for the recurring posts.

  3. /03

    Monthly

A month of content at a time, reviewed with you before it goes out.

  4. /04

    Adjust

What worked gets more of the budget. What did not gets dropped.

Common questions.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The retainer runs month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime. A steady creative cadence, the fika way.

Can you work with the brand we already have?

Yes. For Pymm & Co. every piece we make works inside the colours and mark they already own. If your brand needs tightening first, we will say so.

What do I get each month?

An agreed number of posts, designed and ready to publish, plus the templates for anything you post yourself. The exact mix is set when we scope the retainer.

Do you post for us, or hand over the files?

Either. Some clients want the content scheduled and published for them, others want the finished files to post themselves. We agree which at the start.

Who writes the captions?

We draft them in your tone of voice and you approve them, so nothing goes out that does not sound like you.

The other three.
