Brand design in Norwich for businesses that want to look established.

A logo is one mark. A brand is the system around it, the colour, type, voice and rules that keep it consistent everywhere it shows up. We build the whole system, and hand it over in a form the printer, the sign maker and the new starter can all use.

Three packages, scoped up front

“Within 24 hours Jack and the team had built a new one, with two booking systems and 360° tours integrated.”

Luke Paterson, Dilham Hall Retreats · Google review

A brand that reads across mud, machinery and a motorway.

Most of the brands we build are for businesses that do real work: plant repairs, engineering, contracting, property. The logo has to survive a mud-splashed van, a hi-vis polo and a site hoarding read at forty miles an hour, and still look sharp on a business card. So we draw the mark first, in black and white, on paper. If it holds its shape there, colour is the easy part.

Then we build the system around it. Type that is always used the same way. A palette with the exact values, because Blaze Orange on a livery stripe has to match Blaze Orange on the letterhead. A pattern that dresses everything else. And a short set of rules, so the next person to touch the brand keeps it consistent without asking.

Guidelines you can actually use.

We deliver brand guidelines as a website, not a PDF. The printer copies the hex. The sign maker downloads the vector. The new starter reads the tone of voice on their phone. Nothing goes out of date on somebody’s desktop, and nobody has to email the studio for the file.

What you get.

Six things every brand design project includes.

  • /01

    Brand icon and wordmark

A mark drawn to hold its shape at embroidery size and on a shipping container.

  • /02

    Typography

Typefaces chosen for the job, with rules for how they sit together.

  • /03

    Colour palette

Every colour with its hex, CMYK and RGB, so nothing drifts in print.

  • /04

    Pattern and system

Supporting graphics that dress signage, workwear and print without competing with the logo.

  • /05

    Tone of voice and positioning

A line that says what you do, and a voice to say it in.

  • /06

    Guidelines as a website

Not a 40-page PDF. A site where anyone copies the exact hex and downloads the file.

Built for businesses like yours.

  2. 02Engineering and professional services
  3. 03New businesses that need to look established by Monday
  4. 04Established firms whose brand has drifted

A pleasure to work with. Jack and the team were super proactive and had our new website built and live in less than 48 hours. They have since taken on a brand refresh too, from our marketing stationery to social media designs and email signatures. Great work, great business ethic.

Four steps. No theatre.

  1. /01

    Talk

A short call about the business, who it sells to and where the brand has to work.

  2. /02

    Sketch

Marks drawn on paper first, then resolved on a grid. Black and white before any colour.

  3. /03

    System

Type, colour, pattern and rules, tested on the real things. A van, a card, a site header.

  4. /04

    Hand over

Every file in every format, plus a guidelines site, so nobody ever asks for the PDF.

Common questions.

Do you just do logos?

No. A logo on its own leaves you guessing about everything else. Every brand project comes with the colour, type and rules around the mark, because that is what keeps it consistent once it leaves the studio. We don't do logos. We do brands.

What do I actually receive?

It depends on the package. Identity is the visual core, the icon, wordmark, typography, colour palette, pattern and a one-page guidelines site. Brand adds tone of voice, a positioning line, social templates and stationery. Brand + Launch adds a one-page website or a month of social content, so you walk away live.

How is it priced?

Each package is scoped up front, so you get a straight quote before anything starts and no surprise invoices after. Send a note or book a call and we will come back with the number.

Can you work with the logo we already have?

Yes. For Pymm & Co. every piece we make works inside the colours and mark they already own. No rebrand, no drift. Consistency is the brief.

How long does a brand project take?

You get a timeline alongside the quote, before you commit to anything. Most of the elapsed time is feedback, so the quicker decisions come back, the quicker it lands.

Who owns the files?

You do. Once a project is paid for, the artwork, the fonts we have licensed on your behalf and the guidelines site are yours to keep and to hand to any supplier.

The other three.
