Web design in Norwich for businesses that need enquiries, not just a nice homepage.
Marketing sites, landing pages and small e-commerce, designed, built and launched from one studio. No templates dressed up as custom work, no six-month timelines, no surprise invoices. Scope agreed up front.
Priced per project, quote in 48 hours
“Super proactive, and had our new website built and live in less than 48 hours.”
A website is there to bring enquiries.
A nice homepage is not the job. The job is a visitor arriving from a search, a card or a van, deciding in a few seconds that you are the right people, and getting in touch. Every page we design is laid out around that decision: what you do, proof that you do it well, and an easy way to start the conversation.
That decision is made earlier than most businesses think. A typical B2B buyer is around 70% of the way through choosing before they contact anyone (6sense Buyer Experience Report, 2024). If your website does not make the case, the phone does not ring, and you never find out why.
Web design for businesses in Norwich and Norfolk.
Most of our clients are here in Norfolk, and it shows in the work. For Dilham Hall Retreats, a family estate in the village of Dilham with glamping pods along a private stretch of canal, the old website went down. Within 24 hours there was a new one, with two booking systems and 360° pod tours built in. For Anchor Moorings it meant a quiet, serif-led site for private berths on the upper River Bure, photography-first and very calm. For Groundcore, a land contractor with a thin template site, it meant rebuilding photography-first so the fencing and groundworks speak for themselves.
We are just as happy working with businesses elsewhere in the UK. The process is the same: a call, a clear scope, a fixed quote and a site that goes live when we said it would.
Fast, because slow costs you customers.
Most of your visitors are on a phone, often on patchy signal. Google found that 53% of mobile visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load (The Need for Mobile Speed, 2016). So we build mobile-first and keep every site light: images resized and converted as the site is built, no bloated plugins, and nothing loading that the page does not need. It is the least glamorous part of web design and one of the most important.
SEO built in from the first page.
A website nobody can find is a brochure in a drawer. Every site we build launches with the groundwork search engines expect: a title and description written for each page, one clear heading, a sitemap, structured data that tells Google who you are and where you work, descriptive image text, and fast load times. This site is built the same way, and it scores 100 for SEO and accessibility in Google Lighthouse on mobile.
We will also tell you plainly what a new site cannot do on its own. Ranking for a competitive phrase takes reviews, a well kept Google Business Profile and pages that answer what your customers actually search for. We set you up for that and explain the next steps, rather than promising page one.
Redesigning a website without losing what works.
If you already have a website, it may have years of search history behind it. A redesign should keep that. Before launch we map every old address to its new page, so links from Google, old emails and directories still land somewhere useful. The new site goes live on your own domain, and the old one is redirected so nothing is lost.
More than a brochure when you need it.
Some businesses need a website that does a job: online bookings, a quote form that asks the right questions, a client portal or a feed from the software you already run. Because the studio also builds custom software, that work stays under one roof, with the same people who designed the site. If it starts to look like an app rather than a website, we will say so and scope it properly.
Your website, your brand, one team.
Most of our web clients also need a logo tidied, a brand pulled together or social posts that match the new site. That is the point of a one-stop studio: one conversation, one point of contact and one quote, rather than a designer, a developer and a marketing agency who never talk to each other.

Common questions.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed and built for the business it belongs to. A template dressed up as custom work looks like everyone else's site, and usually loads like it too.
Will the site show up on Google?
We set up the basics on every site, the titles, descriptions, sitemap, speed and structure that search engines expect. Ranking for competitive terms takes ongoing work beyond that, and we will be honest about what a new site can and cannot do on its own.
How is it priced?
Every site is scoped to the job. A short call gets you a straight quote and a timeline before anything starts, and the scope is agreed up front so there are no surprise invoices.
What is it built on?
Modern, fast frameworks rather than a page builder, hosted on infrastructure that stays quick under load. We will explain the choice for your site in plain terms on the call.
Can I update the website myself?
If you need to edit pages regularly we build that in, and show you how. If you would rather not touch it, we can keep it updated for you.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, the design and the code are yours once the project is paid for.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content comes together. You get a timeline with the quote, and we do not do six-month timelines for a small-business website.
Do you only work with businesses in Norwich?
No. Most of our clients are in Norfolk, but the process works just as well over a video call, and we build websites for businesses across the UK.
Will a redesign lose my Google rankings?
Not if it is done properly. Before launch we map every old page to its new address and redirect it, keep the content that ranks, and check Search Console after the switch.
Do you do SEO as well?
Every site launches with the SEO groundwork in place. If you want more than that, we also run SEO audits on existing websites and tell you, in plain English, what to fix first.
