The Brief

What we were asked for

Glamping pods and canoe hire along a private stretch of canal in Dilham, on the Norfolk Broads. When the old website went down, a new one was live within 24 hours, with two booking systems and 360° tours. Then we rebuilt it around the question every visitor asks first: which stay is right for us?

The Homepage

Three retreats, one canal and a lot to explain. The homepage puts the three stays side by side, then a plain comparison table, before it says anything else.

Key Pages

One page per retreat

Each retreat has its own page with its own calendar, photos, 360° tour and questions answered, so the link shared on social lands in the right place.

Booking from the meadow

On a phone the first screen keeps to a headline, one short paragraph and two buttons, and the Book button stays within reach as you scroll.

Impact

What changed
  • A new site live within 24 hours of the old one going down, with two booking systems and 360° tours.

Luke Paterson, Dilham Hall Retreats, Google review

Our old website went down. Within 24 hours Jack and the team had built a new one, with two booking systems and 360° tours integrated. You would think the speed would affect the quality, but it doesn’t.
